First-they charge you to keep your number out of the phone book. BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE!! Second--they charge you if you have your own cable modem. AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE FOR THAT!! Third--they charge a internet install fee that is 49.99 (even when you get the bundle) AND THEY DON'T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE FOR THAT!! When you call to speak to someone(after holding on forever) you always get someone who can barely speak ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!! They are terrible at customer service!!!!! Anyone thinking about getting Charter Communications better think twice before you do!!! Or you will regret it and have nothing but headaches.
