- $50 High-Speed Internet Cash Back ( mail-in rebate)The $50 cash back rebate is offered when you buy a new Charter High-Speed Internet residential service. Your new high speed service must be bought and paid for after New Years Day of 2010. The offer for the rebate does have an expiration date of 01/31/2010. Once you have purchased your high speed internet service it may take up to 16 weeks for your mail in rebate to be processed. The high speed service that you offer must be active for at least 30 days. If the internet service is not kept for at least 30 days no rebate will be processed. There are additional terms and conditions that may apply which are listed on Charter web site.
Charter Internet Service Deals
- Get $50 Charter Digital Cable Cash Back ( mail-in rebate)–Like the high speed internet service rebate, this will be offered for digital cable installation. You may not claim more than one fifty dollar rebate. If you purchase both digital cable as well as high speed internet only one fifty dollar rebate will be offered. The qualifying cable service must be placed in your home after January 1 2010 and completed before January 30, 2010. The digital cable service must be kept in your home for more than 30 days to qualify for the rebate check. There are several other terms and conditions that apply to this rebate which are listed on the Charter Communications website.
- $50 Charter Telephone Cash Back ( mail-in rebate) Charter telephone services are relatively new to Charter in many areas. The fifty dollar cash rebate is available when you purchase a new Charter telephone service that is bought after January 1 2010 and before January 31, 2010. The telephone service from Charter must be live and online for more than thirty days to qualify for their thirty dollar rebate. There are other terms and conditions that may apply.
- Charter Communications 89.85 mail in rebate–Valid for the purchase of a new high speed internet service in combination with the purchase of a cable modem from Charter. The Motorola modem must be bought and paid for by January 31, 2010. The services that you order must be installed between January 1, 2010 and January 31, 2010 to qualify for the rebate. You must be a resident of the United States who is 18 years of age or older. Your rebate may take up to four months to arrive in your home after the installation of your services. This offer is not valid in combination with any other offer. For example if you purchase the other services and get the fifty dollar rebate, you do not also qualify for the 89.95 dollar rebate for the modem and high speed installation.
Charter Bundle Services
Charter Communications, aside from their other specials and offerings, also offers a bundling service that brings you discounted offerings for using more than one of their services. In theory you will get a bundle price discount when you receive more than one of the services that Charter offers.
Among the services that you can purchase from Charter which will be included in the bundles are high speed internet, telephone services, digital cable, as well as on demand and for pay television shows.

Charter Communications is a JOKE!!!!!!! First-they charge you to keep your number out of the phone book. BUT THEY DON’T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE!! Second–they charge you if you have your own cable modem. AND THEY DON’T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE FOR THAT!! Third–they charge a internet install fee that is 49.99 (even when you get the bundle) AND THEY DON’T TELL YOU THEY CHARGE FOR THAT!! When you call to speak to someone(after holding on forever) you always get someone who can barely speak ENGLISH!!!!!!!!!! They are terrible at customer service!!!!! Anyone thinking about getting Charter Communications better think twice before you do!!! Or you will regret it and have nothing but headaches.
